Roomtypes and Pricing

College Way has 26 units. All College Way units are 3 bedroom/3 bathroom. 24 of those are townhome style units, 2 are basement units. All bedrooms are Shared or Private Suites.

Stadium Way has 48 units. 35 of those are 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, townhome style, with all bedrooms being Shared or Private Suites. The remaining 13 units are basement units, 5 bedroom/3 bathroom - this is where the Individual rooms are located, there are 4 Individual rooms, and 1 Shared room/Private Suite in each basement unit.

Onsite, full-time management at both College Way and Stadium Way is present to assist students and to maintain the apartments.
